What must be up to date for the Safety Audit:
Security test: MCS-90 form.

Drug and alcohol test: connection certificate, drug test result for drivers and list of active drivers.
Report of Clearinghouse: proof of registration in the company's Clearinghouse, the driver and support of the Query.
Hours of service: Logbook 30 consecutive days.

* After receiving notification from the federal authorities, all documentation must be sent within a maximum period of 10 days. On the other hand, the notification will bring other requirements requested by the authorities for the correct performance of the audit.
